Trade mark registrations are essential for all brands. We not only prepare and file trade mark applications for our clients but coordinate and oversee the whole registration process. We can file single trade mark applications or run trade mark filling projects to register multiple marks at a time which can be more cost efficient.

A design is best protected against copycats through registered design rights. We prepare and file design registration applications for our clients ensuring designs are protected broadly in order to maximise the scope and efficacy of the registrations.

It also offers designers an understanding into how their own designs are best protected and how they can reduce the likelihood of infringing other people’s intellectual property rights.
